It has been a long and frustrating ordeal. They opened my balcony and left the exposed rebar uncovered for weeks, creating a serious risk of corrosion and further structural deterioration. The work has been poorly managed, with crews moving from one area to another without completing the repairs. As a result, my balcony has remained unusable for weeks, and I am left with a large open hole in my balcony and significant disruption to my daily life. The delays, lack of coordination, and failure to complete the work in a timely manner have caused considerable inconvenience and concern.
