Robert and his team have worked on a number of my client's roofs throughout the years and one thing is for sure, it is quality work and it lasts. He does not accept anything that is not perfection and you get your money's worth. He is transparent and honest. He communicates before, during and after the transaction to make sure you are satisfied with the work. His cleans up after the job is done which is helpful to keep the nails off of walking surfaces and keep the neighbors happy. His prices are spot on with what you receive in professionalism, knowledge, representation and quality workmanship of installation. If you have storm damage, he is the liaison between the homeowner and the insurance company to make sure that the insurance company understands the building codes in Florida since they are unique to the rest of the country. After a recent storm, we found that our roof need repair, Old Mill Construction came out quickly to access the situation and was able to repair it's quickly and efficiently and helped us avoid a total repair. His prices were excellent and service was extraordinary. He was quick to get everything done and exceeded our expectations. They also do construction and remodeling so we will be calling them for a quote for that soon as well! Really honest and stand-up company, so easy to work with.
