I need to get back to work why is this simple process taking so long? Why is the lady in this facility making mistakes on people drug tests delaying them to start work? And at the same time she didn't take time to call the customer to address the mistake!
Do not go here! I came here to do a test for school and now it’s delayed. I receive an email that my specimen was received, but cannot be tested due to the specimen ID being missing or mismatched. Do not waste your time. It’s a small office with a porta potty- very smelly. Save your time and go to quest
Staff at front desk is absolutely disgraceful. Poor inadequate customer service. This is where people should be treated with more patience its a urgent care. No one should wait hours to be seen and spoken to as they r the issue .. I hope I never get sent here again . Tighten up your staff. At least accommodate the patients they r the reason u have a job and get paid in case u forgot .
Linda was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me and another gentleman fast. Worked out great. I will definitely come here again for any testing.
