Adam and his team responded to a flood in our kitchen from an upstairs unit. his team was on site within an hour with equipment to start drying our unit out. We signed a contract for a complete kitchen, rip out and all flooring in the unit completely replaced due to water damage. Adam and his team are professionals at what they do. We’re completely satisfied with the reconstruct of our unit.

From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and truly cared about getting the job done right. We had a water and mold issue that could have easily turned into a nightmare, but Adam’s knowledge and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free.
I had a mold problem I had no money and no insurance, and I told Adam the owner of ORC that I had no money and insurance, and Adam still drove over to my house to give me advice on what to do, and did some test for free to help me fix my problem ..
