Let me start by saying I don’t ever post reviews. However, Orchid Island did such incredible job replacing my roof that I felt it’s the least I could do in return. I could not be more impressed by the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into our roof replacement. Each and every phase of the process was handled with a level of care and professionalism that is seldom seen anymore. Moreover, there were no hidden costs or unwanted surprises. Without question, choosing Orchard Island was the right decision. Highly recommended

More importantly, their estimator, Alfredo, conducted the most thorough and comprehensive inspection, which gave me real confidence in the repair plan. The work was completed professionally and efficiently, and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Lindsey and Cara are very customer oriented with a relationship that leaves me feeling important and they know who I am. The color option for my new roof is exactly what I want. Fantastic experience! Orchid Island Roofing has done work for me previously, but this last experience was a complete roof replacement with guttering, venting, etc. The crew was respectful of my property, the oversight was diligent, the job was completed in the committed time frame as promised, and the finished product looks perfect. Kudos to the entire organization, from the first visit with Jack, to the estimator, the office staff, the crew, and the ownership. They committed to a job well done and held to their word.
