Avoid Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking at all costs. This company is the definition of unprofessional, unreliable, and flat-out rude. I scheduled an appointment with them, they confirmed it. I rearranged my husband’s very busy day so he could meet them, and they didn’t even bother to show up. Not only that they called to confirm the appointment beforehand and then just ghosted us. No call, no text, no explanation. When I called the next day, a woman answered and said someone would call me right back. Of course, no one did. I had to call again, and she told me “Greg will call you.” Greg finally did call but instead of apologizing or explaining, he just casually asked if I was available that day, as if nothing had happened. When I asked him why they didn’t show up, his response was literally: “You know what we just forgot.” That’s right. A company that supposedly prides itself on waterproofing and professionalism admitted that they “just forgot” about a showing up to a customer’s appointment. No apology, no accountability, no respect. When I told him that was unacceptable and asked why I should give them a second chance, instead of reassuring me, he literally said: “You know what, thank you,” and hung up the phone on me! He hung up the phone on me! This is hands-down the rudest and most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. If Greg is the kind of person they put forward as a representative, that says everything about how Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking operates. They wasted my time, disrespected me, and then hung up when I expected a basic apology. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this company. I will never use them and will make sure everyone I know hears about how they treat customers. Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking = deluxe disappointment.
