My friend, who recommended them to me, has noticed that almost all the roofs redone and/or replaced in her community, have been completed by Palm Roofing. Not only was Palm Roofing highly praised by people I trust, but the number of years the company has been in business for, by the same owner, looked like it could be a winning contender. From the very beginning, I was impressed. The salesperson was punctual for our initial meeting and even returned on a separate day, at my request, to show me additional samples and address all my questions. I must say he was very patient and knowledgeable. The company’s attentiveness and customer-first approach gave me confidence, so I hired them to replace my roof. The project went smoothly from start to finish. The team was on time, worked efficiently, and provided excellent follow up once the job was completed. The positive experience allowed me to recommend Palm Roofing to my neighbors. Two of them have since used the company and we’re equally pleased with the results. One neighbor had mentioned a small issue, which Palm Roofing quickly and flawlessly resolved. Awesome experience! The employees were very professional, the work was done on time, excellent communication, and they were very helpful in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They gave me a terrific price as well! There was a less expensive company but they looked a bit shady and had not been in business for a long time. I trusted my gut feeling with Palm Roofing and I have no regrets! I am SO glad I had my roof done by them!
