Even though the office was technically closed, Wendy answered the phone with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. You could truly hear the smile in her voice. She immediately reassured me that her team would take care of everything properly and quickly. Wendy promised Jordan would contact me the very next day and assured me they would prioritize getting me on the schedule as soon as possible. Sure enough, thanks to Donna on the daytime shift, everything moved forward exactly as promised.
