Brandon and his team did an amazing job on our water/mold restoration and rebuild. They finished exactly when they said they would—even with this being a five-week job that took place during the recent Thanksgiving week - which speaks volumes about their professionalism and reliability. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the crew cleaned up the house every single day while always treating our home with respect. We had previously dealt with another local restoration company that attempted to overcharge us by tens of thousands of dollars (steer clear of Pure Maintenance Mold Remediation - Jacksonville). Paul Davis was transparent, honored their original estimate, and never tried to take advantage of us during a stressful situation. Mr. Buening worked tirelessly with the town’s permitting department to make sure that all paperwork was completed and that all repairs were done according to code. Not only was their work impeccable and beautiful, but they worked neatly and took care of our home and our possessions as if they were their own. After completing extensive work both in and outside our master bedroom, they had the area professionally cleaned and even offered to send the cleaning team to straighten other parts of the house.
