We had an extremely unfortunate experience with another roofing contractor in the area (long story) and needed a roof replacement in a hurry. We called Mike on a Monday, we had an estimate by that afternoon, permits transferred from the other "roofer" on Wednesday morning, shingles delivered Friday and a completed roof by the next Wednesday morning! Unheard of and a quality job that saved me 1k under the other "roofer". 100% recommend Peak Roofing and Construction!

Having a new roof installed can feel stressful, but Peak Roofing made the entire process easy. Mike Holeva was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions throughout the project. The crew showed up when expected, worked efficiently & cleaned up throughly making sure to get any stray nails. It’s hard to find companies that still take pride in their workmanship but Peak Roofing is one you can count on. I truly appreciate their professionalism & attention to detail. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

This past week I had Peak Roofing and Construction out to replace my approximately 40 year old roof that had extensive eave/fascia/soffit damage. I am extremely pleased with the job they did! Before hiring Peak Roofing, I spoke with and got estimates from at least 12 other companies and independent contractors. I definitely encourage people to take their time and do their research before deciding on someone, make a list of questions and make sure you get answers to those questions; because there are some jokers out there, lemme tell ya. 🫠 This has been nothing, if not, an education. One of their biggest hiring points for me was that Peak Roofing does not ask for a down payment or deposit or to pay for half of the job up front. I found that most roofing companies do not conduct business like that. I was not comfortable forking over thousands of dollars to any company before they've done any work for me. I didn't pay a penny until AFTER Peak Roofing completed their job and my new roof had passed it's final inspection from the City of Jacksonville roofing code enforcement inspector. Just that alone, speaks volumes about Peak Roofing's business practices and personal ethics. Mike is the owner that helped me. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me and answered all my many, many, many questions throughout the project. All their workers who put on my roof were very hardworking and professional, Cesar and Andres in particular. They got my new roof put on in about a day. The roll off dumpster was gone from my driveway before 10am the following morning. Also, Ms. Rachel who runs their office was super helpful. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone.
