It's not often when you just can't wait to express how happy you are with a service you receive. My wife and I got several competent quotes from roofing companies and it wasn't easy until Charisse called us back from Pegasus Builders. She made it an easy decision with her honest, professional attention to detail and transparency. Other roof companies were anxious to help but we had to pry the infomation out of them. Charisse was there to answer all our questioins... including off hours of the day and evenings. Our roof came out absolutely amazing just as promised. They followed thru to the very end to make sure we were 100% satisfied with their work. The Pegasus Builders teams did an incredible job dispite the inclimate weather and we have zero reservations recommending this group to anyone considering a new roof.
I don’t understand some of these poor ratings. We just had our roof replaced by Pegasus and to say we were impressed is an understatement. The entire experience from estimating to finalization of the project went extremely smooth. The entire staff from Pegasus were professional and extremely helpful. Our roof looks amazing!!!! Hands down the best roofer in Wellington!
From the very beginning we knew Pegasus was the perfect roofing company for us. They didn’t even compare to two others we interviewed. Charisse was amazing, super efficient in getting us samples and extremely responsive with any and all questions. Engineer Ed sat with us and explained our choices and gave us incredible feedback on what would work best for our needs. The guys who did the installation couldn’t have been nicer and worked extremely hard to create a perfect roof. It was a seamless endeavor from start to finish. They are the BEST!!
We hired Pegasus Builders to replace our roof. They did an excellent job, were clean, professional, and responsive. When a problem occurred with the gutter company we used, they intervened to make sure all of the issues were fixed. Charisse and Eddie were both very amazing. We are extremely happy that we chose Pegasus!!
Pegasus has been incredible to work with! Charisse is incredibly responsive and transparent. The roofing division is incredible. As a custom home builder myself, I enjoy working with Pegasus for all my roofs. Dave is equally incredible in helping troubleshoot technical conditions with his years of experience as a builder and engineering background!
