Pegasus Construction and Roofing

Being in the renovation business for many years I have dealt with a few Roof companies and Pegasus has been by far the best in terms of price, speed and overall communication. Traditionally it took 4-6 weeks to install a new roof, Pegasus was able to do it in 2 weeks even with all the inspections. I will definitely be using this company for all my future roof repairs and installations.

Rudy, Karlene, the engineers and the whole team at Pegasus provided excellent service throughout our roof replacement process. The workmanship done on-site by the teams was the highest quality and everyone was very professional. They worked carefully and cleanly every day. Everything ran according to schedule. Communication was excellent. I always knew what the status was throughout. It's a pleasure doing business with Rudy and team and I highly recommend this company for roof replacement projects.

Pegasus Roofing is the best. Their prices are competitive and the quality of their work top notch. They arrived when I expected them and completed the project before the expected date. The crew cleaned up after each work day, and at the end of the project was like they were never there. My neighbors are very complementary of the work and have asked for their information to have work completed on their roofs. John was easy to talk to, and was my liaison throughout the project. Pegasus Roofing was responsive and timely and was careful to address our questions and concerns. They properly took care of all permits and met the HOA requirements. Work was quick and professional. They were a delight to work with to give us a new roof.

Ok, do you know how hard it is to get a roofer to assist you? Then, they don't show up, are disheveled, and you start questioning the quality or ability to do the job right.....THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH PEGASUS!!!!! Karlene in the office was wonderful and really helped me get an appointment. Yes, you can call them, and she is actually there to speak with you. Then, Antero called before coming and showed up on time. He and his team assessed the roofing issues, showed me broken tiles from the last repair job from another roofer, and then told me exactly what was needed. He also made an assessment of the entire roof (and luckily I am in good shape!). An estimate came swiftly, they made an appointment 2 days, and this morning, they were on time and made the repair. Two different roofers were recommended to me, and I had called the other first in the order I received it, and they took a week to come out to look at it, then it took me two weeks and phone calls to get the estimate, and there has been no follow-up from them. Pegasus is professional, smart, responsive, and from what I can tell, they did a really quality job, and they let me know that if there are any problems, to call them directly. While everything is more expensive than it ought to be in FL, I am put at ease that the roof is fixed well. I rarely write reviews, but if you have some roofing needs, I would definitely call these folks. Great job!!
