It looks fantastic and has really improved the appearance of my property which as you know is very visible.Frankly it looks too nice to be outside! The workmanship is impeccable and will withstand the challenges of our weather sometimes brings us for many years to come I have received so many compliments from friends and neighbors and I’ve encouraged them to contact you when they are in need of fence work. Great communication between us and Joseph as the work was being performed. He helped with the color choice of the shingles and I'm very happy with the finished product. It took a few days to complete the project of house and garage. The crew was on time, hard workers and left area clean each evening. Final walk, Joseph explained the work done and took time to answer any questions I had. I will definitely reach out the Pensacola Roofing if needed in the future. Considering getting info from their fencing company to do some work.

I paid 50% down to have a metal roof installed on 10/15/21 and was told they were 3 weeks out from my roof. After those 3 weeks coming and going, I reached out several times asking when they would be doing my roof and it kept getting pushed back. They finally did my roof on 12/22/21 while I was out of town for the holidays and sent me an invoice for the other 50%. When I came home the roof looked horrible and several pieces of siding were ripped off in multiple places. The internet line was also cut. They also left sharp metal pieces and screws all over the yard. I cannot believe they sent an invoice while leaving the house looking like that. I reached out and they sent 2 men out who repaired most of the damage and cut the internet cord for a second time. The roof still looks nowhere near perfect and has several mistakes still visible. This company doesn’t have the skillset to do metal roofs. I did pay in full, but I wish I hadn’t. A man from the company came out to examine the roof recently and more mistakes were pointed out to him, and he assured us that someone would come out the next day, but no one has. If the owner of the company came out and looked at the roof personally there is no way he can say it looks professionally installed.

I have used this company for 25 years, numerous roof replacement’s on my homes , family and friends always great results. Most recently had my privacy fence replaced and outcome was just as great as my roof experience. Highly recommend this business.
