The gentleman who did my roof repair was professional and communicative. They cleaned up very well after themselves. Sent me lots of pictures of what the roof looked like with the leak and also what it looked like afterwards. I recommend them very highly. Perkins was not the cheapest bid, but the quality of Tim's presentation of his company and their workmanship was outstanding. He included drone videos, photos, texts, instant responses 7 days a week, his project managers' cell #'s, email links to videos of ALL the work as it progressed and coordinated the arrangement of all the subcontractors/permits involved. Perkins' employees were pleasant, courteous and extremely neat. My job was completed 2 weeks earlier than predicted. A 6000 sq ft roof is a BIG investment.
