PMG construction built our new home in Victoria Park in Fort Lauderdale. We were able to customize all finishes through them. They were incredibly flexible and helpful in every step of execution. They were very professional and delivered a quality product. I also believe they were very fair in their pricing and just wanted us to have exactly the home we have. This is truly our dream home thanks to the incredible efforts of Patrick and Michael Gagne. I would highly recommend them to anybody no matter the scope of work. I have built many homes and customize many projects in my many years and have never dealt with more reputable contractors.
We purchased a house built by PMG in Feb 2021 in Fort Lauderdale. The quality is excellent along with the finishing touches. And they been super responsive to any issues we've highlighted, all of which have been minor. I wish we'd had them build a custom home for us but we purchased a modem, pre-built home that we absolutely love. We didn't find a lot of reviews about PMG when we were considering purchasing so we're writing this for any prospective buyers. Excellent builder. Highly, highly recommend. Michael
Patrick, as contractor, and Mike Gagne, as real estate agent, were terrific to work with on the construction of our new home. Patrick is patient and methodical. He is trustworthy, reassuring and attentive to details. He followed the schedule and kept us apprised. Patrick requested our input even on options we hadn't contemplated. Quite simply, a pleasure to work with. Even his subcontractors told us we were lucky to have him as our contractor!!!!! And now we are lucky to be living in the beautiful home he built.
