Preferred Roofing

Preferred Roofing came and did a repair job for me. JJ and Neulis were great. They did a great job and they showed me pictures and explained what they did to make the repair. Patty and Renay in the office are so nice and helpful when you call to set up an appointment or have a question. James was the one that first came out to check the job to see what was needed to make the repair. He was a very nice man and took the time to explain to me the problem I had and how they would repair it. I think Preferred Roofing Company is a honest and trust worthy company. I highly recommend them.

Kevin Strickland was the person who came to my house. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the process. He made every step of the process easy to understand. I had 3 choices to choose from submitted by my insurance company. I selected Preferred Roofing over all of them. They scheduled the work. Did what they said would be done, And the job was done in 2 days. I LOVE my new roof. It gives my house a whole new look. I would highly recommend Preferred Roofing. Noted leak in kitchen ceiling area, called and response was quick. Kevin came out and was very thorough in his inspection and discussed all aspects of what was causing the leak, pricing, procedures, etc. Spent about 2 hours at the house being diligent in all areas. As the work could not be done right away due to weather, Kevin made sure to cover and protect the area before he left. It seemed to hold up well to the rains, which was of a great relief to me. as it took about. a week to get scheduled. Renah was prompt in her communication with me and scheduled me as soon as the weather permitted. James and his crew showed up about mid morning and got right to the work. Did all repairs on the roof and never had to go into the attic. Crew got all the work done in about 3 hours and off they went. Would highly recommend them!
