About

Preventive Maintenance Support Services is a multi-licensed construction and roofing contractor based in Lake Worth, Florida, serving the South Florida market since 1994. Owner Kristian Irr founded the company after careers as an electrical engineer at Sharp and as a commercial roofing consultant, drawing on an engineering background to bring data-driven, preventive approaches to property maintenance.
