I am a Realtor who regularly calls on and trusts Price Roofing. Eric Price is the most honest and knowledgeable roofer I have worked with in 23 years, and his team is professional and courteous. All of my customers have been 100% satisfied with Price Roofing. I highly recommend calling them for all of your roofing repair needs!
Eric comes off as a knowledgeable and professional guy. And he is! But, he does not stand by his work. I’m very disappointed in his lack of customer support. I asked him several times (and have the emails to prove it) to provide a statement that my roof was in good condition. He said he would have to review my entire roof and not just the area he had repaired. I asked him to do that and he said I had a few cracked tiles that would cost me $450 dollars to repair. However, after his son made the repairs he refused to issue me a statement that the roof was in good condition. When the roof was checked as part of a home inspection he through me under the bus. Yes his work is good but he doesn’t stand by it. I wouldn’t recommend someone who can’t be trusted.
Price Roofing repaired a leak over my garage the first time with no follow up repairs needed. He advised me of needs when I decided to replace my tile roof and I would recommend him to anyone seeking roof repair.
Called many roofing company’s but wanted to give a local guy my business. He talked me through my issue rather than coming out and charging me a service call. Incredibly honest and my new go-to roofing guy. Thanks Eric.
