Prime Roofing

We recently chose Prime Roofing for our new roof and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. We went with Owens Corning Duration Designer shingles in Black Sable, and the finished product looks outstanding — clean lines, sharp contrast, and a true architectural upgrade to the home. What really set Prime apart was their contract and overall professionalism compared to the other companies we evaluated. Their proposal was detailed, transparent, and clearly spelled out materials, underlayment, scope of work, and installation standards. There were no vague allowances or gray areas — which gave us real confidence before signing. Also no deposit required! Others wanted alot up front, one had a “I will sue you for a negative review clause” and another wanted full payment when the permit was pulled (before work even started!) Andrew was the overall contact for me and he was great. The crew was well organized and Andy was the lead carpenter and did a great job with Ascend siding (lasts forever) for the chimney. The chimney/wind cap was custom and turned out great (see pictures)! Everyone was respectful of the property, and the project moved exactly as outlined. If you’re comparing roofing quotes and looking closely at who to choose, Prime Roofing stands out. You may see older reviews (>5 years old) saying there were nails found after Prime left. I found 1 nail in the crack of a paver. If you are a homeowner and expecting absolute perfection, good luck to you. If you are a homeowner who wants an outstanding roof at a competitive price and is willing to walk around the house for 20 minutes to see if you can find a nail after Prime Roofing leaves, give them a call. Prime Roofing is highly recommended.

Prime Roofing did a fantastic job on replacing my roof and rebuilding my chimney. The entire team is very professional and provide excellent communication from the initial estimate to days after the roof replacement. There were zero sales pressure tactics at any time. 30 days went by from the initial estimate to when I made a decision to select Prime Roofing. And there was never any pressure or frustration on their end. This was a tough decision and Prime Roofing educated me for several weeks before I eventually selected them. And they were easy and comfortable to work with during those 30 days. Their final invoice was exactly the same as their initial estimate. They have their own in-house crews that were tremendous on the day of the roof installation. The entire process Prime Roofing outlined went according to plan. There were no surprises on the day of the build, no additional or hidden charges, no headaches. I strongly recommend at least reaching out to them to get an estimate. Even if you do not select them, their insight and professionalism is worth a free estimate. 5 Stars to Prime Roofing!

Even the inspector commented that it was a job exceptionally well done, which speaks volumes about the quality of their work. Prime Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof in Jacksonville Beach. The crew was punctual, careful with my landscaping, and completed the work in just 1½ days with a thorough cleanup. Communication was great from estimate to inspection. The roof looks fantastic, passed inspection easily, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend Prime Roofing and would hire them again.

We are really happy with the work that Adam and Kevin did for us! We are in the middle of a massive mold remediation project and they setup bath exhaust vents on the roof to help us keep the warm humid air from coming back up the soffits. Even came back out immediately when we had a question! Will use them again if we need any roof work done.
