The old shingles on our roof had faded unevenly and made the entire house look worn out. After working with a roofing company to replace them, the exterior suddenly looked much more balanced and maintained overall without changing anything else around the property

I did not realize how noisy our roof had become during storms until the repairs were finished 😅 before, every windy night sounded dramatic for no reason. Now the house feels quieter and more solid overall during bad weather

Meagan was a God send after Helene!! 5 stars isn't even accurate with how amazing she was. After Hurricane Helene, our roof started leaking in multiple areas. Our insurance tried to deny it and put us through so much stress initially. BUT her team came in and was able to get it covered! It required very little stress on our end after involvijg them. Truly, I can't thank this company enough! Highly highly recommend!

Heavy storms caused widespread damages in our area in the spring of 2024. Later that year, my insurance company flew a drone over my house informing me that I needed a roofing inspection with a 30 day deadline. I am elderly with some heath issues and do not climb on ladders, and was unaware of damages. I reached out to Pristine Roofing in what was to become a 10 month battle with the insurance company. Josh flew his drone and inspected the roof, submitting a very detailed report on the scope of the damage & outlined why the entire roof would need to be replaced. Insurance company then did their inspection, offered to repair a section of roof. For reasons to do with code and other reasons as originally outlined in the report from Pristine, this was not acceptable and a long chain of emails resulted in a second inspection, after which they agreed to about 2X the original offer. Still not acceptable. We each eventually hired independent inspectors, and when it was over, both inspectors agreed the entire roof had to be replaced. Pristine Roofing stood firm in their conclusions and stayed with me every step along the way, providing invaluable guidance in dealing with a very combative insurance company. 1st offer was ~$5K, 2nd offer ~$14K, final settlement ~$32K. I would give Pristine Roofing 10 stars if I could.
