Thanks to ProCraft Exteriors for installing a new secure roof and gutters on our home after several hurricanes. The staff worked with our insurance company and inspectors throughout the process and the roof installers were terrific. Well done!

After last fall (2025) hurricanes my cement tile roof was severely damaged. My insurance company balked and was reticent to give me coverage to replace the roof. Up steps ProCraft Exteriors and asks if they can represent me in negotiations with the insurance company. Within a very short time Pro Craft Exteriors had a check in hand from the insurance company for the full amount for a new roof and gutters. A few days after that the ProCraft crew arrived and stripped the old roof, replaced the membrane and had the roof prepped for new roof tiles. New roof tiles were installed under the direction of "Jimmy" the ProCraft Supervisor on the job and new gutters installed. I have nothing but praise for the quality of workmanship, efficiency of operations and overall professional demeanor of the ProCraft experience. This company did an Outstanding job reassuring me about working with a quality and professional roofing company that can act as an intermediary between myself and my insurance company to repair/replace a roof after hurricane damage.
