He knows the current roof codes and explains them very clearly. They don’t deliver the roof material and place it on the roof to sit for several days or weeks. The number of trucks that appear is amazing as all the materials are in those trucks. They placed tarps all around the house, which I’ve not seen done to the extent they do. Forrest showed up on time for his initial estimate and was patient and professional explaining the quote and scope of work. He gave us a fair price, pulled permits and scheduled us very quickly. Once the work started we were beyond impressed. Rey and his team arrived on time, worked well together and cleaned up at the end of each day. Rey was patient and responsive in answering questions and explaining repairs and solutions to parts of the roof that needed repair. At the end of the job, Forrest checked in to make sure we were happy and his team sent us well organized and detailed pictures, inspection reports and everything we need to send to our insurance company.
