Plantation Terrace has used PSI Roofing since they did a complete roof replacement for the Association following Hurricane Wilma in late October 2005. They have performed the annual roof maintenance on the buildings since 2006, thoroughly documenting on paper and in photographs the repairs made before each storm season. This greatly assisted with insurance renewals and prospective buyers inquiries. PSI recently completed a roof recovery for the Association, having been selected from 4 bidders. What set PSI apart was its use of no subcontractors/independent contractors for the roof install, employing state of the art materials, letting us know up front what the annual maintenance cost would be for the roofs going forward, and incorporating the replacement of gutters/downspouts into the late stages of the roof install. PSI brought the job in on time with minimal change orders (less than 1% of project cost). They integrated and accommodated other vendors (gutters, waterproofing, painting) operating on the premises at the same time they were. They staged from a designated area and policed up their work areas at the end of each work day. There were no issues between Association residents/guests and PSI employees. PSI has been our roof vendor of choice for over two decades and will remain so. No drama, good communications and administrative back office operations, quality workmanship, cost conscious. Highly recommended.
