I have used this company three times and my friends have used R-Value Roofing a dozen times over past 10 years. We are more than happy with the results. Always quality work and always on time. Brendan uses high quality shingles, he gives honest estimates with very close to final price. Very responsive - any time I call, I always get a call back the same day. Excellent work by a rock star Roofing Contractor!
I have used R-Value on three different houses and have had great results at each. They are professional, responsive, and competitively priced. They weren't the cheapest quote, but after speaking with the owner I felt quite comfortable with his expertise and experience.
We have a roof installed by this company. I've called multiple times for them to come check a leak and hold up their "10-year leak free guarantee". They don't return phone calls and don't show up when they say their gonna show up.
