Radon Professional Services is a Jacksonville Beach, Florida-based environmental services firm specializing in radon testing, mitigation, and consulting for residential, commercial, and multifamily properties throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States. Founded in 1989, the company was among the first certified radon businesses in the state and has grown into one of the largest and most comprehensive radon service providers in the region. Many of its staff consultants hold state certification as licensed general contractors and/or mechanical contractors. The company also holds a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC1329077), with William Tony Davenport serving as the qualifying contractor. Radon Professional Services serves clients ranging from single-family homeowners to large commercial developers and asset managers, providing pre-construction radon-resistant design, soil analysis, and regulatory compliance consulting across Florida and the Southeast.

For radon mitigation, you can't do better than RPS Environmental. Their price was fair; their results were stellar (my radon is now below 2); they came right on time; they worked surrealistically fast, they left my floors cleaner than they found them, and to top it off, they were VERY nice people. And it's not only me. My neighbor also used them and she was happy with their work too.
My inquiry received a prompt email and phone call. Sandy, the lady who I’ve been speaking with has been very polite and professional. She scheduled our appointment very quickly and kept me informed even when I couldn’t be there. I am very impressed by her and by this company. It was a pleasure to do business with them and will surely refer more friends in need of their services.

From my initial phone call to my emails, RPS staff and crew were very responsive, professional, and diligent in answering my questions. Sandy and Jessica kept me informed about job scheduling, the payment process, and were quick to get answers to my many radon mitigation questions. During the radon mitigation installation, Shawn and his crew were very courteous, professional, had quality workmanship getting my parent's radon mitigation system setup. Initially, Radon levels inside the home were between 10 and 13 pCi/L. After the radon mitigation system was installed the levels of radon dropped below the EPA maximum of 4 all the way down to 1.3 pCi/L. The radon mitigation was successful! Overall, compared to other radon mitigation specialists I called in Florida and that I did research on, RPS was by far the best when it came to responsiveness and quality workmanship.
