We met Bismark before he started his own outfit. Ask for him in person. He helped us all the way through the process of assessing our storm damage, figuring out what to do, and followed through dealing with the insurance process. He was in our corner the whole way! The insurance company (St Johns) played every trick in the book, and without him the insurance company would have stiffed us. Would highly recommend his support and help.

Bismarck drove through my neighborhood promoting his business one day. His friendliness was memorable, so I kept the business card. A few months later, I accepted that my attempts at patching the leak above the garage were futile, so I called him. He came that week, and we climbed on the roof together and started marking things with chalk. I learned a lot from going through this process with him. He was kind to my neighbors when they passed. I decided to trust him, and I am so happy that I did! He helped the whole way through the insurance process, and addressed all my concerns with smart, technical answers like what to do about the low pitch area above the garage. I was fortunate to be working from home at the time, and got to see how the crew works together like a family, trusting each other and working HARD and doing things correctly. Now I have a new roof with the best materials--Owens Corning architectural shingles and brand name synthetic underlayment; as well as new pool screens and window screens! I spent next to nothing, $99 for a wind mitigation inspection from Xcelon Inspections, thanks to a yard sign and referral credits.

I would call it trespassing! The ramflas insurance adjuster, I believe his business card name was Bismarck campo went on top of the roof without our presence at the property and on top of it we never had an agreement about allowing him to do so....that's against my home insurance policy...and also considerate trespassing since we never contact him for his services and without mentioning an appt with us. Extremely unprofessional and against the law.

The work is quality but be very very patient. Took a very long time to get the work done even after they had our deposit. Don’t expect quick calls backs either, your lucky to get a return call. Oh they are very nice when your talking to them and they make a lot of promises. Once all complete the inspection from the city said it was good work. But sorry I won’t use them again.
