After experiencing a large water loss claim at my home, Rapid Reconstruction Team LLC handled the entire reconstruction phase, which lasted approximately 2.5 months. They reconstructed my entire home, including all finishing work such as installing brand-new carpeting, refinishing my hardwood floors, and painting the entire interior. The quality of their work was excellent, and my home truly feels like new again. Erick Aguilar, the Management Partner, is an extremely honest and trustworthy person who clearly runs a very reputable company. The word “Rapid” in their name truly lives up to expectations. One thing that really set them apart from other companies was their daily documentation of the work through an app. We received consistent daily updates along with photos, which made the entire process transparent and stress-free. At no point did I ever feel that they were being dishonest or cutting corners. Prior to reconstruction, I also used their sister company, Rapid Recovery Team LLC, for the water mitigation and mold mitigation. After seeing the professionalism and quality of their mitigation work, choosing them for reconstruction was an easy decision. I am incredibly grateful that we were referred to Erick and his team. Thanks to their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail, our home is once again beautiful. Brian, Laura, Andrew, and Morgan — all of them — have been nothing but professional, timely, and patient to answer all our questions. We live out in West Winter Park. Had a very slow leak in the wall behind washing machine that had destroyed the wall and the floor across our den (garage build out). We are still in the process. All dried out but now we deal with the damage done from the water. We used Rapid Recovery and later their sister company, Rapid Reconstruction, to get this room back to new. It was a pleasure working with Rapid Reconstruction on our kitchen renovation project. The contract process was straightforward, and any additional charges were explained and agreed upon before workers proceeded. We were given a timeline of what to expect and the work was done on time.
