Mark, Andrew and Schwann provided great service and communication throughout the job. Great response with a more complex roof replacement. Adding roof straps on an older home and managing their workers with storms coming through the area made it a stressful situation for a homeowner. Red Stag handled it perfectly. I had a great experience with Red Stag Contracting from start to finish. Mark Gent was very professional throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and easy. He even came back afterward to recheck everything and walk me through the completed work, which I really appreciated. The two guys who completed the work were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any hesitation. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the area once the work was done. I actually found this company by accident, but I’m glad I did—they took care of everything from beginning to end. Sean was detailed, walking me through the overall process of the insurance claim on my roof. Dave was beneficial explaining the payment process, assisting with the tile selection and eliminating doubts. Mark was key answering questions I had, buying n delivering building materials that were needed and submitting final paperwork required. Mark went above and beyond to have a gap on the Facia repaired to avoid future water damage. The crew was prompt, worked steadily and finished the same day.
