Excellent customer service and job well done. My new roof, carport, reroofed screened patio and front porch covering are just as ordered and several neighbours and casual walkers in the community have commented on the hard working crew and quality of the work as well as the clean up after the project’s completion. Danny , the project manager was knowledgeable , courteous and very professional as well as inspecting the project as needed to ensure that this was so. Without Reroof’s Bob Champ, my contact at Reroof’s and liaison with my insurance company, completing this project finally would not have been possible. Obtaining the required funds owed by my policy was challenging and time consuming but Bob’s persistence, good advice and negotiations were invaluable. I highly recommend this company.

I would like to highly recommend Reroof America in Panama City Beach. They live up to all they advertise: dependable, experienced, work with integrity, efficient, friendly, honest, and so much more. Polynesian Village Condominiums, where I live, was hit by a tornado. Bradley Stranberg, office manager, accessed the situation, and quickly reroofed the Polynesian Village Condominiums.  There were many other areas that were damaged, and were contracted out, and again completed with quality and efficiency. The entire crew were amazing and friendly (Jerry, Richard, Jeff are only a few names I caught). I mentioned honesty because my new car was accidentally damaged by some falling shingles. Brad told my husband that he would pay for it. The lens and paint job as well as the car rental were taken care of, just as he said their company would do, now that's honesty!!! Again, I  can't say enough about the amazing job that Reroof America  completed on the Polynesian Village Condominiums.

My husband and I are younger homeowners and have never had to deal with any severe hurricane damage that resulted in an insurance claim, but I am so glad we have Lloyd Wayne and the team at Reroof America to help us!
