EDIT: Office of Attorney General responded Feb 18! They were sent by Kin Insurance to mitigate damage by hurricane Helene. They charged over 2,700 for 3 tarps. I had a similar work done before Hurricane Milton for less than $200. Their rationale is that insurance guidelines allow them to charge per square feet of tarp. I said that does not make it ethical. Reported to the state for price gouging. They still charged me. Beware of predatory pricing! On my Facebook page — “And you are right .... having worked in insurance, I can tell you Restoration Specialists are predatory ... saw this all the time.”

Top notch service. We had a pipe break and flood our house. While Statefarm made it a confusing mess, Brian was great in helping us navigate our repairs. Brian, Marvin, Steven, and the flooring guys were quick to complete repairs, add flooring, paint, and complete any other requests we had. I was very impressed how flexible and easy they were to work with and navigate our budget and needs. Amazing group to work with.

This company was assigned to repair water damage through my insurance company. I never had any work done with them, after over 12 weeks of back and forth to get estimates and work scheduled I gave up and just took the payout. My review is based on lack of communication and punctuality. Maybe it was because it was through insurance than personal pay, but I wouldn't recommend this company if you are needing a job done within a reasonable time frame.

Robert did a great job with the water mitigation in our home. He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions and was a liaison for us with the insurance company. He went over and above to ally our fears of any mold problem. He showed great professionalism to help alleviate the situation we were in.

Terrible management all the way down the line. Terrible customer service and inexperienced employees in management positions. No quality control and when they do hire good subcontractors for installation and restoration services they refuse to pay fair wages and will never sign paperwork to agree in order to cheat their way out of their obligation to pay a company what they are entitled. They almost always leave a job incomplete and fail to monitor and keep a record of a any jobs progress leading to short or lost materials, service order details that are vital to pricing an estimate for services to be rendered, and overall of that the management are only doing all of this to camouflage material and labor expenses as revenue or income in order to maximize their commissions from every project. Highly unrecommended as a company to hire for services through your homeowners insurance, or for any subcontractors of any trade looking to find work. I cannot say the same for other offices but I can tell you that this is definitely a company to avoid because I promise you it will only lead to problems. Definitely not good people to turn to!
