This company serves my apts for over 12 years and I can say that from the owner to every single employee they are great,polite,on time,clean,efficient, respectful, hands down best service ever in the ft Lauderdale area,they explain the issue,suggest solutions. Hands down the best .

I have been using Richie Rich services for MANY years. Had 2 installs done at two separate locations. Very satisfied both times. I always use them for my regular maintenance. Three friends used them for installation as well and all three were very satisfied. Everyone from the owner Rich, to Vanessa that answers the phone, and Fred for service calls. Highly recommend!

Two / three years ago my million year old AC died, so I called Richie Rich AC and they installed a new unit, same day. Super friendly / cool guys doing the install, and super knowledgeable. I’ve had to call them 3 times since, each and every time instead of screwing us and making us pay for a service call for what turned out to be a simple, common, problem…. They told us what to do, and every single time they were right. Well, that just happened right now and thanks to them my house is cooling down again. Everywhere I go down here, it seems they’re ready to take advantage of you. But this company is completely trustworthy and does the right thing. Thank you for taking such good care of us Richie Rich. Summer just barely started 100+ outside and AC decides to stop cooling in our warehouse. Called Richie Rich, and Virginia had a tech dispatched ASAP. The tech that arrived knew what he was doing , quickly figured out the problem and was done and under an hour. Fast ,effective and reasonably priced. Will be using Richie Rich again in the future !
