I highly recommend the team at Ridge Valley Roofing -Thank you Bobbie, Brooke & Tariq and the tiling team for a perfectly executed job . Our initial contact was with Bobbie Rodgers who came out to inspect our roof thoroughly. He made sensible recommendations and mindful of the fact that our house was up for sale he was able to expedite the roof tile delivery. He was clear about the whole installation process and timeline. Brooke Tiberio, the production coordinator, arrived the morning of installation and spoke to the team as our neighborhood had just had a new road laid. The team laid down boards to protect our driveway and the road for extra protection . They were polite and respectful and protected our shrubs , lanai and property. Brooke kept us informed and was able to schedule installation of the tiles and guttering as soon as the tiles were on the roof after the required timeline and inspection of underlayment by Collier. (We had noted other roofs left for weeks without tiles). Tariq did an excellent job following up with photos of perfectly aligned roof tiles, painting. All in all it was a pleasant experience with fast responses and service but most important of all a professional job!

Ridge Valley installed a new roof on my home in April of 2026. Their bid was very fail. The job (roof) was well done. The workers were diligent and very neat. The project took a few days and the workers cleaned up the property after each day. I liked that they cared about my property. I would highly recommend Ridge Valley to anyone looking for a new roof or to repair a roof.

Ridge Valley replaced my roof in 2024. TWith an HOA that was challenging to work with and supply chain issues - Ridge Valley handled it all. It has been 2 years and I am still seeing the quality and value in their work. They were communicative about each phase and when there were things that needed clarification - it was easy to speak with someone. During a time frame when housing values are decreasing and homeowners insurance is increasing - it is my new roof that is allowing me to maintain my rates. Excellent company AND they support St Judes Children's Cancer Hospital!

Our experience with Ridge Valley Exteriors was excellent. We were impressed with them beginning with our first interaction with Bobby (Sales). He was punctual, honest, and gave us options regarding various roofing materials. We opted for the metal 5V roof and are very very pleased with the product and the look - as he ensured we would be! :) The project started a few days ahead of schedule and was completed precisely when they said it would be. Ta'Riq, the supervisor on the job, was diligent and routinely updated us on progress throughout the installation. He narrated and shot multiple videos as he walked the roof and inspected the work of the crew. Ta' Riq's oversight and follow-up was impressive and appreciated. His entire crew was polite, efficient, and admittedly proud to work for Ridge Valley. There are many roofing companies to choose from, but I can highly recommend Ridge Valley - we were delighted with the work and what we felt was a very fair price. Kat and Rob Stried

Highly professional, detailed, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Ridge Valley staff, especially Karl Sheen and Nancy Thompson, made the job of replacing my entire roof easy and hassle free. They handled the insurance company expertly. The construction team was on time, they cleaned up afterwards, and the results are gorgeous! One small note: how many other roofing companies would start the job with a nice bottle of wine and a thank you note left on your doorstep?!
