The service offered by Robert Jones is beyond exceptional and the communication throughout the process was excellent, especially with Jason. During the quoting and contract phase he both provided with what I asked for and then was there with suggestions. I never felt like I was being “sold”. They were patient while we waited the 2-weeks for the HOA to approve. And then during the build they kept me in the loop every step of the way and I was fortunate to not find too many “plywood surprises” along the way. I would definitely recommend this company in the future, for new roofs, cleanings, or repairs. Thank you Jason and Robert Jones for the professional and affordable work.

So impressed with Robert Jones Roofing and crew! From the start they were punctual and kept communications open. Expected repairs were thoroughly explained and adjusted as the job required. The chimney leak/repair was finished efficiently and indoor wall repair looks great:-)

After 21 years, it was finally time to replace our roof. As business partner coordinator for my school, I wanted to give one of our partners a chance to quote the job. After many recommendations, I reached out to Jason Walton with Robert Jones Roofing, and he quickly responded. After reviewing both quotes we received, they were very competitive. After spending time researching the quality of the materials and the warranty for both companies, Robert Jones Roofing was our obvious choice! Jason gave a detailed description of what to expect at each step of the way. We knew when the dumpster would be delivered, when to expect materials to be dropped off, and when work would begin. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my endless questions! Everything happened exactly on schedule. Communication was frequent throughout each step of the process. The project manager, Joey, stayed in contact throughout as well. The crew worked extremely hard and were respectful of our property. They were careful to cover and protect our pool equipment and pool screen. At the end of each day, they cleaned up our property to ensure they were leaving it in a safe and orderly manner.
