Ron West Roofing

Roof installation a few years ago and now flashing leaking. Insurance adjuster said bad workmanship which they do not cover! Nice! Called many times spoke to the same older lady that answers the phone. Says your on the list for service, well after more calls which was last summer and already hiring another roofing company to complete repair the correct way, I am still waiting for Ron West roofing to come to my house! Never ever use this company for your business! Ron West is a big disappointment to the community!!!

Terrific Service!!! Ron West Roofing did our roof 20 years ago no leaks and no problems. Our insurance required a new roof and once again Ron West did a perfect job. Thanks again Ron. 👍😀🔨

The roof job was done in a timely manner after signing the contract. Although Central Florida afternoon thunderstorms did cause some leaking problems while they were working on the roof, they did a good job to fixed the problems to my satisfaction. My real problem with them is not the job they have done, but it's their ability to close out the contract after the job is completed. They sent me a bill to pay for the materials which is only portion of the entire contract amount, so I paid off that bill and roof job was completed in Aug. 2018. However, I've never received the bill for the remaining balance. After contacting them several times over 2 months, I was finally able to obtain the bill for the remaining balance in Nov. 2018. I sent my check to pay off the remaining balance before Thanksgiving but by the end of year, I still have not received anything from them stating the balance has been paid off. Thinking it might be the holidays causing the delay, so I started calling them again in Jan. 2019 to get the status. After calling them several times over two weeks, they finally told me that they have lost my check and ask me to send another check. So I sent another check using certified mail with return receipt. I've received the return receipt about a week later and the check was cashed at the end of Jan. 2019 according to my bank. Over the next few weeks, I've been calling them to get the final invoice showing zero balance, but every time, they just told me they will look into it and call me back which they never did. I've also come to find out that Ron West Roofing still has the lien on my house, which made me more irritated. Now it's Mar. 2019, I'm still calling them every week to get my final invoice and they are still telling me that they are looking into it. 7 months after roofing job completion, I'm still stuck with no final invoice showing zero balance and a lien on my house. This is a very awful company. UPDATE: I was finally given new information after calling them again after I wrote my review. I was directed to their regional manager and he was able to resolve my issues and sent me the final invoice while we were on the phone. The title company also confirmed they have received affidavit of work completion to clear the house title. If they’ve done that few months ago, they would have gotten a better ratings.

Ron West roofing did a superb job on my roof, they were awesome, I have never seen a roofing team so on task. They were on time, didn't bother the occupants (except for some pounding while they did dry in), and they performed their job very well. My last roof was in '05 and I hired a large roofing company that basically 'did the job' but there were issues afterward, leaks, deterioration from poor workmanship and I was left constantly making repairs. This past year I had recent hail damage and a problem with my chimney. Ron West roofing offered their advice and I could tell right away that it was not just another contractor, I felt like I was part of the family. I have to hand it to those guys, they were outstanding. When you live in Florida in brutal heat and monsoon rain storms, you need a roofer with knowledge and experience that can protect your property. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great Job guys.

Ron West Roofing recovered the value of my home after the shoddy roofers named Jasper Roofing destroyed my roof with bumps, waves, and left the leak untouched around the fireplace! After a 3 year battle, the reroof was done with excellence and beauty by Ron West! I can't thank this company enough!! I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!
