The dreaded part of getting forms and paperwork together and sent to where they needed to go wasn't stressful at all! They will take care of it for you! That is the absolute epitome of excellent customer service. Additionally, I contacted the local office and spoke with Steve Taylor and Amanda. He handled everything and I couldn’t do it without him. From helping us pick out the perfect color and staying onsite all day making sure everything went smoothly. Damien was my roof contact. He was amazing. He knew exactly what needed to be done every step of the process and walked me through everything. The roof was as done in a day, everything was cleaned up like they were never here. I would and have recommended them to anyone who needs work done on the roof. He helped me get my house sided, new gutters, and new shutters also. Great experience with this company

It was very long and drawn out process from the insurance, but Grayson handled the entire way professionally and in a timely manner. Working with insurance on a roof claim was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had, but he made the process easier for me to make sure I was taken care of. He stood by his work and held himself accountable for anything I was dissatisfied with. He even came back after the whole transaction to take care of a few things for me.
