We found a couple of ceiling tiles With water stains in our office, and were concerned about a roof leak especially with the approaching rainy season. I called Florida Roofing and waterproofing, and ask them to come out and evaluate the situation. The owner David was very responsive to our need. He had his people come out to investigate the cause for the water stains the same day. They checked for condensation leak as well as the attic and roof. They found two leaks from the roof, and proceeded to do the repairs that same day. The people were professional, and very cordial. They left the area clean, and the roof looking as good as ever.
