If u notice all is reviews were from a long time ago. He is a nice guy buy is no longer capable of doing a good job. He did a repair on my roof. Admits he made a mistake when replacing the tiles that left a small hole in the underlayment . This leak eventually caused a portion of my ceiling to collapse. I made him a fair offer to split my insurance deductible but he refused. He may have been good once but I would not trust him anymore to do your repairs properly.
