Royal Plus

I feel it’s important to share my concerns about the professionalism at Royal Plus Disaster Cleanup. One employee in particular has been misrepresenting themselves as a nurse, giving out medical advice to others, and even sharing guidance with multiple people in a way that could put health and safety at risk. This is not only misleading but also dangerous, since they are not qualified or licensed to provide that kind of advice. It's also very ILLEGAL! Workplaces like Royal Plus should always uphold integrity, accountability, and safety. When someone crosses those boundaries, it undermines trust for everyone else. If you need help or information, I strongly recommend going through the receptionist up front or speaking directly with properly qualified staff — not relying on someone giving out false credentials.

We used Royal Plus for water mitigation and used them as Contractors after small flood in our home. ( our home is 1995 sq ft)The flood happened in June 2023, the wood flooring demo started in September. We have the best of the best insurance company. I was a Nurse in the USAF. The entire experience with Royal Plus was incredibly stressful, just about zero communication from a "project manage r" that was always on a "larger loss"

I had a choice of three firms to select from and I am happy that I selected Royal Plus. It was a long process, but they took charge of the process from the beginning, kept me updated, oh OK sounds OK paid attention to details, were easy to communicate with, and passed the final Hygienist test that all spores were removed from the house. I would hire Royal Plus again, if I had the same team.

Royal Plus did a fantastic job! They were very responsive and were extra careful to protect our furniture from any damage. I would highly recommendthem.

Update 08/28/2018. I want to post a follow-up to my last post. The owner reached out to me directly per my previous review and worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I appreciate the sincerity and time he took to address my concerns and provide a refund for the services that were not provided or provided to expectation. I think it speaks highly of the company to work to resolve this amicably. In my opinion, this place is a joke. Completely incompetent. I had to call in an electrician to fix what their electrician installed. Kept having shorts and circuit breaker trips. Now, I'm still arguing with them over a refund for the work since I had to pay for it twice. They claim the electrician was an outsourced company so I have to take it up with them instead. That is nonsense. Royal Plus was the General Contractor so they are responsible. They also did a half-a** job on the washing and other cleanup. Total rip-off.
