Got a new roof beginning of 2025, everything was perfect. Until I found a small error, I needed two exhaust vents coming out of the roof not one. I was expecting to be run around, or at the very least be weeks or months away from a fix. Instead my Ryman representative Ed was there the next business day with an associate to modify my roof for the missing vent. I wasn’t even charged anything which I find completely unbelievable. It’s very uncommon a company recognizes that both parties made a simple fixable error and are genuinely happy to come find a solution. I’m so happy I came to this company and not any other for my roof and I’d recommend you do the same.
Prompt, professional, and courteous roofers replaced our new roof in March of 2025. No nails were left in our driveway or yard and there was no garbage or trash left behind when the job was done. Excellent customer service Prompt response whenever I have called for an issue. For example, there was one time I called and questioned about a repair that was done, and an employee was up here within the next business day to inspect and repair / replace the problem. Here is where the excellent customer service comes on, the issue was not the company's responsibility, yet it was repaired promptly at no cost to us.
Absolutely wonderful !!!! I called one day and the next day Ed showed up to discuss and quote. Really happy with the normal and stable price for the entire roof. The crew showed up a week later and had everything finished in twelve hours. Cleaned everything up beyond my expectations. The crew was lovely, polite and very respectful. I LOVE RYMANS. Thank you.
Our roof was going on 20 years and had shingles missing from hurricanes in 2024, we called and got a new roof installed. Now we are better equipped for any storms. Daniel and the whole team, the office and Mr Ryman made sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy and within our budget. They were fair and honest. Our house and garage look amazing.
