Sabrecon

Our commercial project with SabreCon consists of a 7 unit, 4 story residential condominium with moderate to severe spalling, repairs for Irma related damage to railings, gutters, CBS gate wall, waterproofing & painting of the entire facility. We choose SabreCon over three other contractors based on several important factors in addition to bid costs. Owners Jim & Scot topped the charts on ease of communication and responsiveness through the bid process, prior clients gave positive verbal reviews, they had verifiable work performed on local permit boards, clean background checks and had recommendations from several professional contacts in the community. They also completed the most thorough review of our site and bid package, pointing out several errors and omissions (that no other companies caught) that would have ultimately resulted in unplanned change orders and increased costs later in the project. They professionally navigated the process of working with our board of directors to answer all questions and concerns – which was not an easy task! Fast forward to now, we are 3 months into our renovation and we are moving quickly & effectively towards a timely completion. All company staff members are professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. All work quality has met the approval of our independent on-site engineer, as well. SabreCon has exceeded our expectations and made what we thought was going to be a difficult process seem simple. This is a top-notch organization!

I was referred to SabreCon by my architect who did the plans for repairing my concrete dock. The referral came after my request for recommendations since the original company selected by me did not honor their commitment. The concrete repair was a tricky job and most companies did not want to do it but to knock down the entire 75 feet of concrete dock and start over again, a cost of over $80,000. Sabrecon (Jim Mathias co-owner) was amazing from Day 1, offering to do the job according to the plans and going above and beyond with my little aesthetics request. His workers would clean and pick up at the end of the day, had excellent working ethics, and delivered the job exactly on time (3 weeks). It was apparent the Jim runs a tight ship and that was so very much appreciated. I highly recommend them.
