Do not use this company! Had roof replaced since May 2018 still not passed inspection! Charlie Salem very smooth talker will lie tell the story of Mom being dean of such and such school… Make sure you get a clean inspection report from the inspector of your county before paying Charlie Salem. Last we spoke He was in Mexico beach in Panama City area. Beware
Bugs coming through the door that’s not properly sealed. Poor communication, he doesn’t like to fix the problem even though he knows the problem. Fast talker that tries to get over on women. BAD BUSINESSMAN
I had my roof replaced by this company when I purchased my house. When I attempted to change my homeowners insurance I found out that no permit was ever pulled therefore no inspection was completed on the work. So while I should have a few more years with this same roof I have to get another roof replacement because no insurance company will insure it. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!
They showed up unannounced and must have had someone either fall through or bust through a rotted piece of roof into our bathroom ceiling. They made no effort to notify us that it happened and left without saying a word or attempting to clean up. Complete joke. Don’t recommend.
