We have used San Carlos Roofing for minor roof repairs for several years and because we found them to be so capable and efficient, we asked for a bid to replace our roof. Their bid was very reasonable and we gave the replacement job to them. It is finished and we could not be happier. We highly recommend them if you need to replace your roof. They were on budget, on time and throughout the project, Jennifer kept us informed and answered every question that we had. I can’t say enough good things about them. San Carlos Roofing replaced my roof and did a wonderful job. They started much sooner than they said, finished within a couple days (which included inspections and material delivery). The price was exactly as they estimated, cleaned up and didn't damage my gutters, which they couldn't guarantee. The communication was very good and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
