Since March 30, 2026, Interlaced Property Solutions—specifically Rebekah Scroggins—has made routine matters unnecessarily difficult. As the new CAM for our community, Saint Johns Six Mile Creek West (Heritage Landing), she should have immediate access to all official records. Instead, she has repeatedly delayed providing information that homeowners are legally entitled to receive. My initial request was straightforward: I asked for our insurance information because I was considering joining the ARC board. Her response time was unreasonably slow. Only after I formally emailed her and the board with an official records request pursuant to Florida Statute §720.303 did she finally provide the policy. Immediately afterward, I was kept out of the 3/31/2026 Zoom POA meeting for at least 20 minutes, which felt retaliatory. On April 1, 2026, due to the opaque process used to select the new HOA management company, I submitted another official records request under §720.303. I requested all bids reviewed during the management company selection, along with all meeting minutes and any available recordings. By law, the board must retain those bids for at least one year, and she is responsible for safeguarding them. To date, they have refused to provide all the bids. A source has indicated that the community could have saved a substantial amount of money with another nationwide management company. Additionally, neither she nor the board has provided any meeting minutes since the new Board President was appointed. On April 28, 2026, I was again prevented from entering the Zoom POA meeting. The meeting invitation itself listed two different start times—6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. I joined at 6:00 PM and saw a message stating the meeting would begin at 6:30 PM. While waiting, I called the amenity center where the board was meeting. The woman who answered told me that she had been informed the meeting was already over.
I would give Interlaced Property Solutions zero stars if I could. As a homeowner, I do not recommend them. In reviewing our financials, we’ve seen payments made to other associations, and they do not comply with Florida statutes for posting required records on the website. There is a major lack of transparency with this company. Their vendor payment terms (net 10/net 15) don’t allow enough time for proper board review before invoices are paid which is a huge red flag. In one case, they paid an invoice for work that wasn’t completed. When this was brought to management’s attention, they said they would “review their internal processes,” which is ridiculous after over two years of managing our community. Overall, I don’t trust or recommend this company.
As a previous committee member in our condominium association, I couldn’t be more pleased with the transition to Interlaced Property Solutions. From our very first interaction, Angela set the bar high with her professionalism and guidance, and the rest of the IPS team has continued to deliver exceptional service. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to quality management have exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend IPS to any community seeking reliable, top-tier property management.
Tiffany at Bishop's Court has been wonderful! Tiffany and Lisa have made a very big positive impact the Bishop's Court community making sure needed repairs are done for long term fixes and they stay in good communication. I really appreciate their attention to community concerns! Thank you!
When I was on the board at Southern Oaks, Interlaced was proactive in responding to resident concerns and requests, such as having the playground area covered with fresh mulch, painting and repairing the equipment. They were instrumental in getting a sidewalk in place where the path to the pool had been just a trail of dirt. Whenever I called, a PERSON answered the phone and remembered my name. I enjoyed serving on the HOA board because our meetings actually followed an agenda and decisions made were implemented promptly.
