The project took 3 days because they had to remove and replace an old roof. The team was very prompt and courteous, and the process was explained in detail in advance. I was very impressed with the thorough clean-up each day. The only complaint we have is that our starting date was delayed because of weather, but no one informed us of this until we called a few days before the original installation date to confirm and then were told of the change. But other than that, we're very pleased and love our beautiful new roof!

The office staff was also fantastic, providing seamless email correspondence so I always knew what was happening with my project. The installation crew was just as impressive. They worked fast without sacrificing any attention to detail. I was particularly worried about the cleanup, but they did an exceptional job—I have yet to find a single stray nail or shingle scrap in my yard. Our roof needed replacement due to manufacturer defects in the original roofing shingles. Scott Smith's representative Steve assisted with our claim. We also got a fair quote for a new roof and work was scheduled quickly. A large crew installed the new roof in one day and did a good clean up of the property. Scott Smith Roofing was professional from first interaction to completion of the project.

Scott and his crew were great to work with, the whole experience met expectations. From start to finish everything was explained in detail what work needed to be done and they really helped out with choosing the right materials. A+ rating, I would recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

Crew arrived early and got to work immediately covering plants and stripping off old roof.Finished up by early afternoon all cleaned up including magnet over the ground looking for nails. Nice looking skylight replacing old worn out one.Did an excellent job and crew was very professional.The only negative was the cost of replacing 1/2 inch plywood, which was necessary,but from pics 4 sheets could have been 3 . Still a nice neat job
