Our new roof is beautiful and functional. It was fabricated to meet hurricane force winds. The Teams that worked on the roof were professional, hardworking, knowledgeable and Kind. From the time we signed the contract to the finished product all team members of Seabreeze roofing were professional and kept us posted along the way. The Owner Jacin answered all our questions and our contact Sarah was available the entire time to answer any questions. We are so glad we signed with Sea breeze roofing. Update:: they could not even write a full word response to my review. Yet the people who rated them 5 stars received a full sentence or two response. Again indicative of them not valuing customers who ask questions. We selected them because we had seen the work done for our neighbors. We were very clear in stating we do not want our roof taken apart until our replacement tiles had been ordered and were ready to be placed on the roof. We were given multiple assurances of several things by the sales person. Fast forward, the company never called us to inform us our sales person was no longer with them and we only found out when we asked the day they pulled our roof off and someone from the company came to ask for money. They pulled the roof when it was raining and caused 3 ceiling stains. They removed one of our hurricane shutters and put it on crooked which they did fix after my husband checked it. And then we got yelled at for inspecting it ourselves and were told we should not have inspected it, they were going to. We were charged for items we were not clear about which they did reduce since we have to now fix the stains in our ceiling. Our roof was taken off only to find out weeks later, because we had to keep asking and pushing for answers, that the order for the tile was never placed. Several assurances given by the sales person were false. You will NEVER get a call back from the manager who is never in the office and works remotely. If you call the office, the receptionist works remotely as well. They only text or email. The only time they call is to ask for money and the project is on hold pending your payment. We were never assigned another person to manage our project. The work was eventually done after I, the paying customer, was chastised in a text by the manager and told to stop calling the office for an update. The few communications we had were all contradictory to each other- this is what happens when everyone is remote working. They made us feel like they were doing us a favor. The actual workers were nice. I don’t understand why it was so hard for a manager to pick up the phone, call us from the get go and apologize for all the issues up front. When we asked them why didn’t they let us knows about the issue with the salesperson they said “oh sorry, we should have called you” When I kept asking when was our tile order placed the only response I received was “we will tell you when the tile is ready and stop calling the office every other day. They never answered my question. So if you never want to get a call back, want to treated like they are doing you a favor and not as a valued customer, by all means good luck. In comparison- our neighbor paid slightly more and had her roof project done in less than 2 weeks. They caused needless stress and anxiety for us simply because no one felt it was important to call and be upfront.
