We recently had our roof replaced by Neligan Construction and Roofing. They came highly recommended from family and friends, so we contacted them for an assessment and estimate. Nick provided us with a detailed outline of the process, recommendations and associated costs. They were in line with the other estimates we had received so the choice was easy. Their detailed communication and timeline were perfectly executed by Arden, her response time to my questions were excellent. The crew they had on site worked tirelessly to complete the removal and installation in a day and a half. Their clean up was also tremendous. The roof turned out better then we had hoped and the chimney repairs came out great. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them for your roof needs. I had a wonderful experience working with Neligan from start to finish. Stephen was very thorough with this inspection and had no problem going up into the attic to check the roof out from the inside. He also came back out and took care of a minor issue himself. Justin G was very friendly and went above and beyond by fully inspecting the whole roof and carrying out a couple of extra repairs. Very affordable, I highly recommend.

My entire experience with Neligan Construction & Roofing, LLC. was more than excellent. The staff at the office is extremely professional, nice and tactful. Tracy Waterman was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to give me good advice and information. Tracy was so patient in answering all my questions and concerns, from ordering the supply materials, licensing and scheduling the installation appointment. Juan Edgar and the installers were also professional and efficient. They did a wonderful job overall as well as on the install, and I’ve noticed a difference already (since living in Florida we obviously see a lot of rain) Thank you all so much!
