We cannot give SEC a good rating for these reasons, see pics: Eaves drip doesn't work and rain drips onto fascia and will eventually rot. Wrinkle on section of eaves drip is unsightly, not professional. Uneven shingle placement - why would they do this? Clear caulk mess around electric pole boot. They did a terrible job around the base of our chimney. Roofing crew broke our electric meter pole and WE had to pay $5,000 to replace. They didn't clean up all of their roofing debris, especially in the gutter. Roof was completed Sept 2023 and to this day, Nov 2024, we are still finding roofing nails, plastic caps and pieces of shingles. Sloppy and unprofessional work.

My experience with SEC roofing was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Allie, the office manager kept me updated every step of the way from beginning to the end of the project. Robert, the owner of the company insured that the Quality of the job met my expectation, as well as his. The team that installed the roof was amazing! Julian was the project manager, he oversaw the job to completion. He insured everything went smoothly. The men that did the work were professional, polite, extremely hard-working and very quality focused. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof. Thank you!

The fact that we don't live nearby and had such a great experience with the company in the repair and replacement of my parents' roof speaks volumes!
