Met Bruce from Smart Sheet metal. Super Nice guy and professional. His company came recommended by several people in the construction trade. Pricing was far below most installers for a 31 square metal roof. Tear off and install went effortlessly. No add-on charges for wood replacement. Also using them for my seamless gutters as well. Top notch quality. Will never seek out another roofer.
When you hire a contractor make sure this is not one of the subcontractors. My contractor has ripped me off and has not paid this company. The roof that they installed leaks. There is a big crack in the wood where the water is seeping in. Instead of agreeing to fix it and they are threatening to foreclose on my building so that I can pay for it twice.
Sale manager quote by email and refuse to come out to my home to give me an estimate and answer questions. He didn't eve offer an approx. date,. he wanted to know what I needed to know over the phone as if this is a common purchase.
Very good customer experience from a contractor point of view very good pricing very humble staff would recommend to any roofing contractor for supplies or material for metal roofs
