We had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Todd was extremely helpful, professional, and always responsive throughout the entire process. The crew worked very fast without sacrificing quality, and the new roof looks amazing. They also made sure everything was completely clean when the job was finished, which we really appreciated. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of work provided. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services. Shingle Masters did an amazing job replacing my roof. They took the time to show all of my options and clearly explained the benefits of each option while allowing me to choose what I felt was the best choice for me. They kept me informed as problems arose, from damaged and poorly replaced siding at some point causing extensive damage to support structures and leaking. Photos of all damage and close up pics made the decision easier to replace the siding as well. The crew arrived early each day and the project manager, informing each day of supplies needed for repairs, giving me an idea of additional costs as they arose and marked each replaced panel with painted numbers to show in pics exactly what was used. In the end, both the new roof and siding made my house look brand new. It cost more than I expected, simply because the damage underneath the shingles, evidenced in the pics, was so extensive. I’m so glad I chose Shingle Masters. My mind is at ease that everything was fixed and replaced right, this time. Thank you!

Shingle Masters went above and beyond during the entire process. We had storm damage, we received a timely and accurate quote. Eric, Kris, and Dallas provided exceptional communication, with photos during installation. They also replaced damaged/missing facia from our roof line. The work site was very clean and the crew that came back for touch ups to stucco and debris removal were excellent. Highly recommend Shingle Masters! This is the second home Shingle Masters has done a complete reroofing for us. Would use them again in a heart beat!

I would suggest Shingle Masters to everyone! We had the best experience with the Shingle Masters Family. Eric might be the sales guy but he spent so much time listening and educating us on this full roof replacement. He explained every step of the process. I had so many options to pick from, he explained each option, the benefits of the options, and even helped me understand the program I was using and what I needed to send in to satisfy the program. He promised he will be there for us thru the whole process and he was Erik rolled in with the trucks and crew. Great communication on arrival time, departure and what the crew would be doing each step of the way. I was even sent pictures during the whole process!! I was a little worried when I saw some wood come off the roof, I sent a text to Eric and Kris to see if I could get some updated pictures. They both responded immediately and moments later pictures showed up. They both explained what we saw, how it was going to be fixed and my options. I have never seen a fix that addressed every angle and potential leak. The crew was fantastic! They protected my plants and the yard was spotless at the end of day one and two. They cleaned a couple times each day. I haven't found one nail, piece of roof or a little red circle in the yard! Kris, we are back to dancing barefoot under the moonlight! Dave and Sergio showed up a couple days later to complete the punch list! The fresh paint blends in perfectly with the older paint, every single piece of that roof was checked again to ensure perfection!! My Valrico home looks brand new!
