Do not utilize Simon Roofing. Our condo in Sarasota recently had the roof replaced days before Hurricane Milton. After the Hurricane, 63% of the roof was damaged. It was determined that the roof was not properly installed. If it were, the roof would have sustained the winds from the hurricane. Simon Roofing states they are not responsible for the damage nor is it covered under warranty. If you’re looking for a quality company with Integrity, DO NOT USE SIMON ROOFING. Absolutely despicable. This battle is FAR from done.

Our condo association hired Simon to replace our roof. Within one week of the roof's completion, a significant wind event damaged over 50% of it. Simon said they would not repair it because the storm was an act of God—all weather events are acts of God. We hired a forensic roofing firm to inspect the roof, and it was determined that the cause of the problem was poor workmanship. Our attorney sent them a letter, and they have refused to respond. I have been a business owner for over 40 years and built my career by always doing the right thing. Simon is owned and operated by people who refuse to do the right thing. Now, we will be forced to take them to court. I would encourage all businesses, homeowners, and associations never to use Simon. Instead, pick a reputable company that stands behind its work.

I normally avoid giving any type of reviews of a company for various reasons. However, when I came across a company that promises AND delivers outstanding sales and service, I just have to pass along the recommendation to others in need of their services. Simon Roofing is the Sales, Service and Manufacturer of roofing their materials and service. Their staff from Sales, to Service, to Administration is top notch. They originally started with us doing minor repairs and then recently did a complete roof restoration for my commercial building. They were very responsive to all of my many questions and made sure I had a clear understanding of the entire inspection and quoted services before they began. After each job, no one even knew they were here, because the jobsite was cleaned and clear of all debris and materials. I highly recommend Simon Roofing for your roofing needs.

Simon roofing has been great with our commercial roof repairs. They do their best to get the work started and finished in a timely manner, stand behind their warranty when needed and do so in a professional manner.
